Refund policy

Each cover is made to order and crafted specifically for you. Once an order is placed, the production process begins shortly thereafter.

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

Due to Shopify processing fees that apply once an order is submitted, including canceled orders, we are happy to accommodate modifications but are unable to accept cancellations.

Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.
